Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until evenly blended. Transfer to an airtight container and store until ready to use.
 
How to Use This Fajita Seasoning
  • Combine the seasoning with 2–3 pounds of meat and 1/2 cup water. Cook in a large skillet until the meat is fully cooked. Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
  • Substitute this homemade blend for any packaged fajita seasoning in your favorite fajita recipe.
