Ingredients:
450g Potatoes
1 tsp Garlic powder
½ - 1 tsp Chilli powder
1½ tsp Rice flour
2 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Air Fryer Method:
Prepare the Potatoes:
Slice the potatoes into ⅛ inch (0.3 cm) thick slices.
Soak the Slices:
Place the potato slices in cold water and soak for at least 15 minutes.
Dry the Potatoes:
Drain and pat the potato slices dry with a paper towel.
Season the Potatoes:
In a bowl, toss the potato slices with oil, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and rice flour.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3 minutes.
Air Fry the Potatoes:
Arrange the seasoned potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
Serve:
Once crispy, transfer the potato slices to a serving dish and enjoy!
Repeat with the remaining slices if necessary.
Oven Method:
Prepare the Potatoes:
Follow steps 1-4 as described above.
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Bake the Potatoes:
Arrange the seasoned potato slices in a single layer on a baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
Serve:
Once crispy, remove from the oven and transfer the potato slices to a serving dish.
