Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add the rinsed raspberries, milk, vanilla essence, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds.
  4. Mix well, then cover the bowl with a lid.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight, allowing the pudding to thicken and set.
  6. Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and stir again to evenly distribute the chia seeds.
  7. Spoon into serving bowls, top with fresh raspberries, and serve right away.
 

Notes

  • Feel free to mix in your favorite nuts for added crunch.
  • For a vegan version, substitute the honey and milk with plant-based alternatives.
