Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz. fully cooked, frozen meatballs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together the brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined. Add the meatballs and toss until they are evenly coated in the sauce.
  2. Transfer everything to a slow cooker and cook on low for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed. If you like, garnish with sesame seeds, chopped parsley, or cilantro. Serve as an appetizer, over rice, or piled onto a sandwich.
Notes
  • If you prefer extra sauce, simply double the sauce ingredients.
  • For a spicy kick, add 1–2 tablespoons sriracha.
  • A small sprinkle of garlic salt can add an extra layer of flavor.
