3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
Set your oven to
350°F (175°C)
to preheat.
Lightly grease a
9×5-inch loaf pan
, or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth.
Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is uniform.
Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt, then fold them in gently.
Add the flour and mix only until the dry spots disappear—avoid overmixing.
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and level the top.
Bake for
50–60 minutes

Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for
