Ingredients

For the Pasta
  • 1 pound ziti pasta
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Fontina cheese
For the Topping
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta for 1 minute less than the time recommended on the package. Drain the pasta.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, and Fontina cheese. Stir well to combine.
  4. Transfer the pasta mixture to a large oven-safe skillet or a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella, panko breadcrumbs, grated Romano, grated Parmesan, and minced garlic.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the pasta.
  7. Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dish is bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
