Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup chicken broth (low-sodium preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
  1. Add Broth
    Pour chicken broth into the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Prepare Chicken
    Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Drizzle with olive oil, then use a basting brush to coat evenly.
  3. Season
    In a small bowl, mix salt, paprika, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle over the chicken and rub gently to coat.
  4. Cook
    Cover and cook:
    • Low: 4–6 hours
    • High: 2–3 hours
      Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve or Shred
