  • 2 pounds frozen fully cooked meatballs
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 cup jalapeño ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Sliced green onions or chopped cilantro (optional, for garnish)

  1. Place the frozen meatballs directly into the slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, jalapeño ketchup, sriracha, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the meatballs are heated through and glossy with sauce.
  5. Serve warm, topped with sliced green onions or chopped cilantro if desired.
Notes
  • Beef meatballs are our go-to, but turkey or plant-based varieties work just as well.
  • A 4-quart slow cooker or larger is recommended to ensure even cooking.
  • Cooking times may vary depending on your slow cooker model—adjust as needed.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
