Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh chopped cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (or use a grill if preferred).
  2. Cut the corn into smaller sections, about 2 inches long.
  3. Mix the melted butter, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne (if using), and salt in a small bowl to make your Cajun seasoning blend.
  4. Brush the corn pieces generously with the seasoned butter, making sure they’re well-coated on all sides.
  5. Cook the corn in the air fryer (or directly on grill grates) for 10–12 minutes. Turn occasionally until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
  6. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Add extra salt if needed.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle with chopped cilantro for a burst of freshness.
Tip
  • Want it extra crispy? Add an extra minute or two in the air fryer, but keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
