  • ½ lb. ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾–1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh Italian herbs, finely chopped (oregano, basil, and/or parsley)

Delicious Easy Oven-Baked Meatballs

  1. Can I prepare the meatball mixture ahead of time?
Yes! You can combine all the ingredients a day in advance and keep it covered in the fridge. Shape and bake the meatballs when you’re ready—makes weeknight dinners so much easier.
  2. What size should I make the meatballs?
A cookie scoop or small ice cream scoop works perfectly. Use a smaller scoop for appetizer-size meatballs or a larger one for dinner. Just adjust the baking time accordingly.
  3. How do I know when they’re fully cooked?
Meatballs are done when browned on the outside and no pink remains inside. For extra confidence, a meat thermometer should read 160°F.
  4. Can I freeze them?
Absolutely! Freeze after baking by placing them in a single layer, then transferring to a freezer bag once firm. They’ll keep for several months and reheat easily for a quick meal.
