Pepper Steak Stir Fry

  1. How can I slice flank steak more easily?
To make slicing flank steak easier, pop it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes before cutting. This firms it up, so it’s easier to slice against the grain for that perfect tenderness!
  2. Can I use a different cut of beef for this recipe?
Yes, absolutely! You can swap the flank steak for sirloin or round steak if you prefer. Both work great and give you a slightly different texture but still delicious results.
  3. Can I add more veggies to this stir fry?
Yes! Feel free to throw in some onions, snap peas, or even mushrooms. Just be sure to cut them evenly so everything cooks at the same rate.
  4. How do I adjust the sauce if it’s too thick or thin?
If your sauce is too thick, simply add a splash of water to loosen it up. If it’s too thin, let it simmer a little longer to thicken up. It’s all about personal preference!
  5. Can I prepare this stir fry in advance?
While stir-fries are best when fresh, you can store the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days. Just reheat it well before serving!
