Prepare the fish. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Use a paper towel to gently blot excess moisture from each salmon filet.
Add mustard. Spread one teaspoon of Dijon mustard over the top of each piece, creating a thin, even coat.
Season well. Dust the filets with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. A light spray of olive oil over the surface will help everything stay moist as it cooks.
Air fry. Place two filets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes when tested with a fork. Repeat with the remaining filets.
