Ingredients

1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper and salt, to taste
For garnish

Freshly chopped parsley (optional)
For serving

Bread of your choice (focaccia is a favorite!)
Instructions:
Prepare the Seasoning Mixture:
In a medium, shallow bowl or plate, combine the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and dried oregano.
Add the Cheese and Olive Oil:
Grate the Parmesan cheese directly into the bowl, and then pour the olive oil over everything.
Mix and Season:
Stir the mixture together using a spoon.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your taste.
Garnish (Optional):
If you like, garnish with fresh chopped parsley (or basil) for a burst of color.
Serve:
Serve with pieces of your favorite bread, such as focaccia, for dipping. Enjoy!
